Careers

At Pendennis we believe that our people and our history make us what we are today – an award-winning international group, building and refitting the world’s finest superyachts.

Pendennis is a growing and vibrant company offering jobs in Cornwall with excellent benefits and employment conditions. We’re committed to your individual career development and are proud to offer a range of exciting projects and career directions for all our staff. Our team encompasses every aspect of yacht building, from marine engineers and marine electricians to project managers, specialist joiners, welder fabricators and yacht outfitters.

Over the past few years, we have received multiple accolades including 'Large Employer of the Year' at the Cornwall Apprenticeship Awards and the 'Training and Development Award' from British Marine. For the past three consecutive years we have also been awarded the Gold Cornwall & Isles of Scilly Workplace Health Award. In this way, we’re recognised as one of the best providers of marine jobs in Cornwall and beyond.

If you’re a skilled and career-minded craftsperson – or an ambitious and hard-working graduate – take a look at our maritime vacancies and apprenticeships.
