Rox Reimagined: Pendennis Completes Refit of 27m Explorer Yacht

Recently renamed Rox, the 27-metre expedition motor yacht formerly known as Silver Fin has completed a comprehensive refit programme at Pendennis.

Built by Cantiere delle Marche, Rox is part of the highly regarded Nauta 86 model range within the Nauta Air series. The yacht has earned recognition for combining exceptional interior and exterior living spaces within a compact expedition platform, making her a distinctive offering in her class.

The refit programme focused on both guest experience and technical improvements. Working alongside D-iD Studio, Pendennis delivered an interior refresh, including the redesign and refinishing of all guest cabins and the galley. The result is a contemporary, welcoming interior that complements the yacht’s expedition credentials while elevating onboard comfort.

Externally, the yacht underwent extensive topsides paintwork, restoring her appearance with a high-quality finish. New exterior cushions and upholstery were installed throughout guest areas, providing enhanced comfort and a refreshed aesthetic across the outdoor living spaces.

Significant deck upgrades also formed part of the project, including the installation of new teak decking on both the swim platform and foredeck. These improvements not only enhance the yacht’s visual appeal but also contribute to durability and functionality for years to come.

Alongside the cosmetic upgrades, the project included a programme of HBW works and technical improvements to support the yacht’s continued operational efficiency and reliability.

The successful completion of Rox’s refit showcases Pendennis’ ability to deliver integrated interior, exterior and technical refit solutions, ensuring this unique expedition yacht is ready to embark on her next chapter under new ownership and a new name.
