Intern Programme

The Pendennis undergraduate programme is offered to suitable candidates to help gain relevant industry experience as part of their degree programme.

Intern applications are welcomed from candidates who are interested in an internship period during this summer 2023 or for a longer 12-month term. Both options would be discussed at interview, where we would look at start and finish dates and what your focus could be during your time with us at Pendennis. Ideally it will be for a minimum of 10 weeks.

Your programme objectives would be similar to the Graduate programme in that you will gain a full overview and understanding of Pendennis Shipyard, our standards, and procedures. You will also gain valuable experience of working with a world leading employer within the superyacht sector.

Pendennis will also support and liaise with your university as and if required during your internship.

Pay will be at NMW rates. Accommodation is not provided but we can assist with finding places.

Initial expressions of interest should include an up-to-date CV and a cover letter detailing:
Which university you are at
The course you are on
When and why you would like to come to Pendennis
Areas which you would like to focus on; this can be discussed at interview.

The closing date for applications is Friday 17th March 2023 with interviews to be held in April 2023 (dates tbc).
