Planning and Design
We appoint a dedicated project manager to every contract from the outset, so we can plan and manage the necessary resources in the most timely and efficient manner. These project managers become our first point of contact for you, ensuring that your expectations are accurately conveyed within the company and that progress is regularly monitored and reported. Technical support is provided from a central office which is able to advise on all aspects of Yacht construction from structural design to fine finishing details, with extensive knowledge of both classification society regulations and MCA requirements.
