Monaco

Launched by Feadship in 1982, the Motor Yacht Monaco (ex Matanthar, ex Arkan) has visited our yard twice, with two successive owners (see Matanthar refit).

Thirteen years later and having changed hands again in 2004 and following a full season's use by her new owner, the newly named Monaco came back to us again in September 2005. This time around, the work list was more extensive as a number of mechanical systems had reached the end of their lives and needed changing - these included the installation of new switchboards and distribution system, a new bow thruster, a new shore-power converter and the refreshment of the air conditioning system. In addition the yacht received a face lift, with new teak decks, a completed repaint, the overhaul of the owners suite and a new kitchen.
