Applicants must be able to carry out the following tasks on, 30-75m Sailing & Motor Yachts. Design electrical systems to classification and owner’s requirements.  Plan installations on refits and new builds. Source and purchase equipment. Lead electrical teams of 4 to 8 people. The successful candidates will be an active part of the project team reporting to the Project Manager on behalf of the Electrical Department. A salary of up to 30K is on offer depending on proven experience.

We are looking for someone with vision towards the future to create a “lean”, profitable and world class standard operation. This person will be a strong communicator at all levels, and possess the ability to effectively integrate with different trades in a multi project environment.

Successful candidates must be able to demonstrate a sound track record in the management of a related discipline, be a good communicator with commercial/financial awareness, be effective and an influential leader of people, and be HND or equivalent qualified. It would be an advantage, although not a mandatory requirement to be a time served apprentice with practical knowledge of Joinery / Ship Building.

We need time served and skilled polishers to apply both sprayed and hand finishes to interior furniture and linings.
