Not necessarily possessing a marine background, the likely candidate will have a proven track record in their chosen industry, that demonstrates the ability to specify work, "size" a job, plan the recourses necessary, incentives staff members and support trade management to bring jobs in on time and within budget.
We are looking for individuals who hold suitable management or trade based qualifications, but above all someone who wants to succeed in a challenging and changing environment. An experienced marine draughtsperson is required to work in a team environment,creating system and arrangement drawings for luxury yachts to Classification and Flag regulations. The successful candidate must have a proven marine career and be proficient in AutoCAD, knowledge of ShipConstructor would be beneficial. Salary negotiable.

Applicants must be able to carry out the following tasks on 30-75m sailing & motor yachts. Design electrical/ mechanical systems to classification and owner's requirements. Plan installations on new builds/refits. Source/purchase equipment. Lead a trade team. The successful candidates will report to the Project Manager.
