Toby Allies - Sales & Marketing Director

Toby joined the team in August 2007 from the British Marine Federation (BMF) where he directed the international development programme. At Pendennis he is responsible for securing refit and new build projects as well as the international marketing of the yard. Toby is the Vice Chairman of the Superyacht UK Committee and is a member of the Superyacht Builder's Association. He became a director in May 2009.

Trevor Hawken - Business Development & Aftersales

Trevor has been employed within the company since June 1990. He has covered a multitude of positions within the company from Electrical Trade Manager, Project Manager, Systems Trade Manager to his current position within the Business Development and Aftersales team. Trevor is responsible for developing new build and refit leads as well as co-ordinating with our existing fleet of yachts on warranty and aftersales matters.

Tristan Rowe - Yacht Support Manager

Tristan started with the company in June 2007. He currently works alongside Trevor on the development of new leads and supporting our existing fleet. He brings with him a wealth of experience from working within other yachting and marine industry companies which he finds invaluable within his current role. He is now based in the Mediterranean providing a point of contact for our International Yacht Support services.

Nick Haywood - Aftersales

Nick joined Pendennis in March 1997 and has worked in various departments over this time including painting, refit and contract administration. He has been in his current role since September 2008 utilising his knowledge from previous roles to support the business development team in estimating projects.

Jonathan James - Chief Estimator

Jonathan joined the Pendennis Team in February 2010. He graduated with a degree in Accounting & Finance from UWE and qualified as a professional Management Accountant whilst working in the Automotive Industry. Jonathan held various finance roles during his 10 years with Ford Motor Company before joining Pendennis. He is a keen adventure racer and crewed on the Gaff Schooner, Mariette of 1915 in the 2010 Pendennis Cup.

Katy Reddish - Designer

Katy joined the team in January 2007 having recently gained a degree in Spatial Design: Interior & Landscape Design from Falmouth College of Art. She has since gained experience on both large and small scale new build and refit projects working alongside the sales team, project managers and clients on various yacht projects.

Beverley Hart - Marketing & Communications Manager

Beverley started at the company in September 2004 as a Marketing Officer, and then in September 2006 she was promoted to Marketing & Communications Manager. Beverley is responsible for the planning, implementation and control of all promotional activities at international, local and internal levels. This includes advertising, PR, boat shows and the website.

Chloë Gilyead - Marketing & Design

Chloë came to Pendennis in July 2008 after graduating with a first class degree in Marine Biology from Swansea University. She soon joined the Sales & Marketing team, assisting on all marketing projects including international events, PR and client relationship management. A member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, Chloe has recently gained her Professional Certificate and is now responsible for Pendennis' event management and marketing materials.

Christine Winans – Marketing & PR

Following a Multimedia Masters Degree from the Royal College of Art Christine accumulated eight years experience in Internet Project Management, becoming a director in the internet boom era aged just 29. Following a number of years in the yachting world working as a dive instructor Christine returned to the UK adapting her broad range of skills and experience to refocus her career on marketing. Since joining Pendennis in June 2010 her main responsibilities have been centred on digital media, PR and Communications.
